Snacks of Chocolate
01 02 09 - 00:53 Ingredients for 8 people:8 fresh eggs, 500 grams of flour, 500 grams of cane sugar, 500 milliliters of olive oil, 60 grams of bitter cocoa, 60 grams of powdered cocoa, 60 grams of grated coconut, 60 grams of chopped nuts, 10 grams of sugar with vanilla, 50 grams of butter, salt to the pleasure.
Kitchen utensils:
1 thermomix with their accessories, 1 refractory oven tray, 1 short pastas.
Preparation:
In the glass of our thermomix we put all the ingredients beginning with the fresh eggs, the flour, the cane sugar, the olive oil, the bitter cocoa, the powdered cocoa. Once we have them all very willing ones, we beat them 20 seconds in our thermomix to speed 4 and we reserve them. We have left to anoint a refractory oven tray with the butter for all their parts and to toss in her the mixture that we have made previously. Next we toss above our mixture the chopped nuts, the grated coconut and the sugar with vanilla. To finish we preheat the oven at 180ºC and when it is clever we put our oven tray so that it is made during 15 minutes and we have it clever to cut it in hot with a short pastas in small squares and to take it to our table to consume it.
