Sweet of Carom
14 11 08 - 01:05 Ingredients for 4 people:8 caroms, 500 grams of sugar glas.
Kitchen utensils:
1 kitchen recipient, 1 kitchen pan, 1 kitchen tablespoon.
Preparation:
In a kitchen recipient with water wash the caroms very well until they are very clean. Next we cut the caroms in layers that we will introduce in a kitchen pan to slow fire tossing them the sugar glas for above without stopping to remove with a kitchen tablespoon. When we see that the caroms are soft and tender, we move away of the fire the kitchen pan and we remove him half of the syrup that has generated. We put the pan with the other half of the syrup in the fire to leave it that decreases again and take a golden color. To finish when this happens we pour the preserved carom on it and we let it him to cool down until we have it clever to serve it to our table.
