Custard of Nougat
14 11 08 - 00:54 Ingredients for 4 people:2 pills of soft nougat of 200 grams, 1 liter of cow milk, 400 milliliters of liquid cream, 150 grams of sugar, 2 curd envelopes, 200 milliliters of liquid candy.
Kitchen utensils:
1 thermomix, 1 mold of big custard.
Preparation:
We put the two pills of soft nougat in the glass of our thermomix and we give four minutes to speed 3 until it is totally undone. Next we add him the cow milk, the liquid cream, the curd, the sugar and we program our thermomix 10 minutes, to 100º and speed 2. When it is clever our mixture deposits it in a mold of big custard with liquid candy in its bottom. To finish we hope he cools down our custard of nougat to put it in our refrigerator so that he clots and be clever to remove him the mold and to serve it to our table.
