04 11 08 - 01:58 Ingredients for 12 people:500 milliliters of cow milk, 250 grams of flour, 2 fresh eggs, 80 grams of butter, 80 grams of sugar, 60 grams of powdered yeast, 250 milliliters of olive oil, 150 grams of sugar glass, 25 milliliters of rum.
To stuff our doughnuts:
200 grams of cream pastrycook, 200 grams of cream.
Kitchen utensils:
1 ladle of big kitchen, 1 kitchen bars, 1 kitchen pan, 2 metal tablespoons, 1 kitchen source.
Preparation:
We put to heat in the fire a ladle of big kitchen and we toss in him, the cow milk, the butter, the sugar and the rum. We let him to cook everything until it boils moment in which we will toss him little by little the flour until we form with an entire mass. When we have been able to make our mass we move away it of the fire and we let it him to cool down. Next when it is cold we incorporate him the fresh eggs and the powdered yeast mixing very well everything with some kitchen bars. We have left to put in the fire a kitchen pan with olive oil and to wait to that is very hot moment in which we will go forming with the help of two metal tablespoons some round pellets of mass that we will toss in our pan so that they are fried by all their sides until they are very golden. We already deposit our doughnuts facts in a kitchen source and when they are all in her we let them them to cool down. Once colds go making a cut to each doughnut to stuff the half with cream pastrycook and the other half with cream. To finish our fritters we sprinkle them for above with sugar glass and we serve them to our table.
