Mousse of Avocado

Preparation:
We clean the avocados very well with the help of a kitchen strainer and we go them depositing in a kitchen bowl cut in pieces removing them the central bone and the skin that have. Next we put the avocado pieces in the glass of our electric blender, we toss them the butter, the tabasco and the fine salt that we like.
