Gazpacho of Homemade Summer
14 07 08 - 01:26 Ingredients for 8 people:4 green peppers, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 2 red peppers, 12 big tomatoes, 2 liters of water, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 slices of bread without bark of the previous day, 200 milliliters of olive oil, 25 milliliters of vinegar of wine, salt to the pleasure.
Preparation:
In a kitchen recipient we toss 1 liter of water, the four slices of bread, 100 milliliters of olive oil, the salt to our pleasure, we remove everything and we reserve it during some minutes. In a bowl we peel and we make pieces the tomatoes, the cucumbers, the green peppers, the red peppers, the cloves of garlic, the onion, we add him 1 liter more than water and we crush it in our electric blender until it is very fine our gazpacho. Once it is made, we add him the bread muffled at the beginning with all their ingredients and the water. We have left to continue crushing everything until he is formed uan it mixes homogeneous adding him the vinegar of wine. When all very blended one is we go him going by a kitchen pasapurés or fine chinese strainer to eliminate the skins that you have left the peppers and other ingredients. To finish we put our gazpacho of homemade summer in a big recipient or lebrillo, we put it in our refrigerator and when it is very cold we serve it to our table with a good jet of blended olive oil with a ladle or kitchen stew that we will use to serve it in eight individual glasses.
