Sole to the Oven

Ingredients
6 soles. 3 mature tomatoes. 125 milliliters of olive oil. Thick salt.
Way of Preparation
In the first place we have to clean the soles very well but they have prepared them to us in the fishmarket. On the other hand we cut the tomatoes that we have washed in slices. In a refractory tray for the oven place the tomatoes, above the soles, we pour the olive oil and we sprinkle with thick salt. We have left to preheat the oven to 200șC, to put the soles in the oven and to make them during 18 minutes. Past this time is good them with the tomato slices to our table to consume them immediately.
