Ingredients
6 pears. 250 milliliters of wine tint. 125 grams of sugar.
Way of Preparation
In the first place we proceed to peel the pears very well, respecting
them the tail and leaving them very clean. Next we prepare a recipient
in which we will put the wine I tint and the sugar. Now it is the moment
to put it in the fire so that it boils and we proceed to introduce the
pears, allowing them to boil to slow fire during 35 minutes, it stops
later on to be good it to our table to consume it once this cold.
