Ingredients
For 6 people:
1 kilo and half of fresh figs. 4 grams of cinnamon. The grated of a
lemon. 150 grams of sugar. 75 grams of almonds made pieces. 40
milliliters of margarine. 150 milliliters of water.
Way of Preparation
In a refractory recipient we put the peeled figs and cut in small pieces.
We have left to add the sugar, the cinnamon, the lemon grated and the
water, proceeding to cook everything to slow fire during 40 minutes.
Once fact allows it to cool and once cold pours it in an aluminum paper
that we have greased previously with margarine. Next we extend the mass
until making a sheet. When the sheet is made the we sprinkle with
chopped almond and we wind. We catch it and we put in the refrigerator
so that he/she cools down, for space of 12 hours. When this time passes,
we take it out of the refrigerator, we sprinkle with other little of
lemon grated, we cut in slices and we are good to our table to consume
it.
